wouldn't art and music be covered in their crazy cultural hooplah? i mean, those are intrinsic to most country's cultures. and i don't think i had p.e. in my middle school in dps. if i did, it wasn't worth remembering. i had it for a year and a half in high school and 'learned' nothing.
yeah, come to think of it, there is art interwoven in the classes. Just not ART proper -which is important, I think. & granted she's not a super active kid, but all the more reason for needing it at school -she won't get much physical exercise otherwise.
those are probably minor deterrents for M. She wants to continue swimming & archery anyway, which aren't offered at DPS middle schools.

the denver center for international studies looks amazing.
it does with one or three major missing features, namely Art & PE & music.
