wow. really I'm speechless. A whole pig shoulder just for me. (easter leftovers, fyi). I've been waiting a whole week for this moment. Everytime you opened the fridge, everytime you got out that plate with the big 'ole bone o' meat. Everytime, waiting, biding my time...
