So I've watched it yet again...I think I am becoming obsessive. Here's what I like about it: every shot could be isolated & drawn on a storyboard...or maybe I can see how every shot could have originated on a storyboard & then was converted into live action on the big screen. Well, it makes sense to me anyway. It's brilliant.

OMG - when Batman Begins was in theaters, I went several times, which I have never done for any other film (except the notebook, but that was such a sad story that I felt the need to see it and cry over and over and over, but that is another topic). Same when it came out on dvd. I was obsessed. I am obsessed. It's been on HBO recently. I sit an watch small portions of it so as to not let it consume me again. I was obsessed with the Michael Keaton version too, but not as bad as this - must be Bale... but again, that is another topic.
Yes, if I had the opportunity, I definitely would have seen this many times in the theatre. I can't remember a movie that I actually have enjoyed as much as this one. Maybe Like Water for Chocolate. Or T2.
