we bought weisswurst from the kristkindel markt & I made spetzle to go with. It was real, "authentic" weisswurst. By far the tastiest I've had that I can remember since the summer trip to Germany when I was 11. The sausage place is local & they DELIVER! Looks like we'll be having this more often. Yay!! We also bought some knackwurst. They were tasty too. I wanted knockwurst but they weren't selling it. Oh, and yes that is the real mustard in a tube from Germany on the side
